Believe in his overwhelming love.

Be assured in faith, which means, act only under the great light of God, never based on impressions and imagination. Believe that He loves you, that He Himself wants to help you in the battles you must fight. Believe in His love, His overwhelming love. Nourish your soul with great thoughts of faith that reveal to it all its wealth and the purpose for which God created it! If you feed on these thoughts, your piety will not be a nervous overexcitement, but will be true. How beautiful the truth is, the truth of love: “He loved me, and gave Himself for me.” Behold, my little child, what it means to be in the truth!
