The man enjoys working with the weak.

Spiritual growth does not necessarily go hand in hand with psychological improvement. This can happen, but it doesn’t have to. It certainly must not be an absolute criterion of growth. A person can be deeply devoted to Christ and wish to live according to His will despite their psychological fragility.
Here, grace comes into play, where Christ's power manifests in weak and fragile people, where the Lord reveals Himself in them despite their fragility. Such individuals can be truly valuable, as they show us that the Lord prefers to work in the weak, not in the strong and powerful. And the Lord is also pleased by how these people rely on Him in their humility. Everything works together for good to those who love God – including the obstacles on the journey, troubles, and our psychological makeup.
