Only you can...

If I have the opportunity to do something good, I childishly turn to God and say: My God, I cannot do this unless You help me. Thus, I pray and then receive strength from above – more than enough.
If I have sinned and failed in my duties, I confess my mistakes before God. I simply say to Him: Lord, if You leave me to myself, it will never get better. Only You can prevent my falls and only You can correct what is twisted in me. Then I no longer worry about it. One must relate to God with utmost simplicity, speak to Him sincerely and openly, and ask Him for help in everything concerning us. He will never deny it to us. I have often experienced this.
