I express my gratitude today.

Welcome, New Year... Thank You, Lord, in advance for everything Your goodness will send me. Thank You for the cup of suffering, from which I will drink daily. Do not lessen its bitterness, Lord, but strengthen me to smile out of love for You amidst the bitter sips, my Master. Thank You for all the comforts and graces that I am unable to calculate. (...) For all of this, I give You thanks today, for perhaps at the moment You offer me the cup, my heart will not be able to express gratitude.
