God, you have wounded us, God, we call out to you because we cannot understand it. God, we would like to argue with you, God, we would like to fight with you for life and death!
May in this battle, may in this struggle we feel how you come to us and your chest approaches our chest, your heart draws near to our heart, as your love approaches us, burning ever more urgently. As your storm, which lashes us, becomes an abundance of your love,… which would like to knock us down – yes – but which would like to open us up.
