When fear overwhelms you, surrender yourself to God as His possession, place yourself in His hands. And above all, do not analyze yourself, reach out to others, there is no need to circle around your problems and your own person. Snuggle up to Jesus like a child. He has the words of life and salvation, which also includes health. In your suffering, you are not alone; you are carried by the communion of saints, the community of sisters and brothers, my brotherly love and intercession. I place you on the paten during the holy mass.
