Many of us were initially taken aback by our vocation. Yet we knew that a vocation is something greater than all those obstacles and that if we are truly called by the Lord, He will give us everything we need. It is a good thing that the metaphorical cloak of our vocation is still a bit large for us, so we must grow into it, and that some of its aspects are a challenge for us. If it were to correspond to our expectations or our current maturity, there would be a risk that we would soon outgrow it!
