He created everything on this earth. Come, let us bow down! Let us fall at his feet, give him our hearts. Come, let us praise him and bless him! Let us confess with our mouths and hearts: There is no God like him. Come, let us bow down!
What a fatherly goodness for those who seek him. Come, let us bow down! What goodness and mercy for the righteous. Come, let us bow down!
The whole earth, all the animals rejoice in deep reverence. Come, let us bow down!
(St. Mary of the Crucified, song in ecstasy, 1970s)
